Raising kids and having a family can be hard. Life can be hard. It can be even more challenging when you are experiencing life stressors and changes and feeling like you have nowhere to turn. Taking the first step to begin counseling and working towards a better tomorrow can be difficult, but I can help you to navigate through those emotions and barriers to begin taking charge of the life you want. By offering evening and weekend appointments, we can work together to fit counseling into your life. I have experience working with adolescents in schools with learning and behavioral challenges (ex. ADHD), legal or delinquency concerns, and trauma. I'm also highly skilled in working with co-parenting, divorce, and blended families. I can also help with adults experiencing legal issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship trauma.
